Pain Control

 For Moderate Discomfort- Take by mouth, up to 600mg Ibuprofen ( i.e. 3, 200mg OTC tablets). Plus one OTC 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, every 8 hours. Continue this for 3 days then taper back.
